Do you snore excessively or get frequently complaints from friends and loved ones? Then you must have a look at your lifestyle very carefully. Try changing some of your bad lifestyle to good ones, and exercise more.
If after undertaking the above tips and you do not see any improvement in your condition then it is better to see a physician or an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT specialist). Surgery should always be a last option.
